Brooklyn's Weight Loss Specialist
Serious Fat Loss done Naturally
What makes a me a Weight Loss Specialist?
Is it the 80 pounds that I've personally lost?
Or is the the 25 Certifications I hold?
Maybe, what makes me a specialist is 35+ Testimonials about the amazing results I give to people in need.
That all helps, but what really makes the difference is my dedication. I'm not your average personal trainer. You won't see me hanging out in the gym doing bicep curls. Instead you'll see me at getting new certifications, performing training, and speaking in front of audiences about my story.
5 Facts about Weight Loss
1. Everyone can Lose Weight Naturally
Natural weight loss means no pills, powders, weight loss surgeries or crazy machines. To lose weight naturally you must know what your metabolic type is, and at a minimum the common pitfalls.
2. Losing Body Fat isn't Hard!
Losing weight doesn't really need to be hard. The hardest part about losing inches is getting your mindset right. Believe it or not, your mind has a huge impact on your body, and just by truly believing you can drop a few dress sizes.
3. Dieting won't help you Lose Weight
Simply cutting calories will put your body in starvation mode, and cause you to gain weight rather than use it. Extreme dieting will result in weight loss, but those pounds will pile right back on when you're done.
4. Gaining Muscle Speeds up Weight Loss
Gaining muscle is like investing in the stock market, because investing in creating muscle will burn extra calories for you while your sitting on the couch. Literally every pound of muscle will burn an extra 50 calories a day. Of course the stock market can crash very easily if you get hurt.
Our Personal Training services are available to keep you gaining muscle without injury, and guide you along your path to your dream body.
5. Cardio doesn't help you Lose Weight
America's obsession with treadmills, ellipticals, and the dreaded stair-master is completely fabricated. Not only can you get the same cardiovascular workout from a weight training program, but weight training builds your bone & ligament strength instead of just used it up.
You're better off eating half your meal than hopping on the elliptical for 45 minutes in order to lose weight. Don't do to any gym. Get real personal training!
